Students Inside Albany Conference winners were recognized at the League of Women Voters, Utica-Rome Metro Area’s annual event on Saturday, May 12, at Hart’s Hill Inn. At the event, Oneida County First Assistant District Attorney Dawn Catera Lupi discussed the function of her job and how to advocate for stiffer penalties when young children are assaulted and neglected.
