Marianne is a lifelong resident of Oneida County and a Democrat since the age of eighteen. She grew up in Whitesboro. Her father, Bill Goodman, has served the people of Whitestown continuously for over forty years – first as Town Supervisor and now as a member of the County Legislature. She and her husband Don have lived in Marcy for thirty-one years.
